Our Head Professional Paul Spence and his team are dedicated to helping you gain more enjoyment and satisfaction from this fantastic game.
Our custom built Swing Studio is the jewel in the crown of our first class coaching and practice facilities. Other facilities include indoor and outdoor driving ranges, a custom built chipping, pitching and bunker area as well as two putting greens. Group lessons and corporate golf clinics are available on request and can be tailored to suit your needs.
Paul's record speaks for itself. He utilises game leading technology with TRACKMAN to enhance his lessons combined with video analysis and an undeniable understanding of the mechanics of the golf swing.
Matthew Boyes has been a qualified PGA member since 1998. His easy to understand and practical approach to the game makes him a popular choice for lessons.
When not playing in tournaments Ashton Turner is available to offer his insight in to the game. The big hitter is keen to share his secrets with those interested in improving their game.

Our Staff
Michael Langford - Class AAT
Michael is the Director of Golf and is tasked with overseeing all golfing activities as well as the day to day running of the Golf Club. He can still be found in the Professionals Shop to offer help and advice on all golfing matters. Due to the size of the role, he now leaves the coaching to his colleagues.Michael joined the Kenwick Park team in 2000 and turned Professional in 2002. He flourished under the guidance of renowned previous Club Professional Eric Sharp and in 2006 was named the PGA Trainee of the year beating off competition from around 300 other trainees around Europe and the British Isles. He was honored to be named Lincolnshire PGA Captain in 2010 and 2018.
Paul Spence - Class AAT
Paul is the Head Coach at Kenwick Park and was named PGA in Midlands Coach of the Year in 2019.He has excelled on the driving range helping to produce some of Lincolnshire's finest young golfers. Paul has been heavily involved with the development of the County Junior Teams for nearly 20years as well as, more recently, part of the County Men's Coaching structure. He has a growing reputation as one of the finest coaches around. Paul's pupils include now Elite Professional's Ashton Turner & Sam Done who he has developed from very early ages. Kenwick Park boasts one of the finest Swing Studios in the area where Paul armed with Trackman and Video Analysis can package up all the information available into a simple, easy to understand format to help your game. Equipped with Sam Putt Lab similar analysis can be applied to the scoring side. Paul is also an NLP Sports Practioner which he uses in his coaching to integrate the body and mind to achieve the best possible results for his pupils.
Nik Fox - Junior Golf Coach
Nik is the Kenwick Park Junior Organiser. His passion for Junior golf is out of this world and his drive to deliver a first class experience for budding golfers makes him a huge asset to the club.Available for Individual Junior beginner and group coaching sessions.Nik joined the team full time in 2014 and his vast knowledge and expertise in the retail sector is invaluable the day to day running of the shop. Nik's sense of humour and first class customer service ensure customers receive the most attentive service possible.
Ashton Turner - PGA Assistant
An honorary member of the club, Ashton has flown the Kenwick Park flag around the world. Firstly as an elite England Amateur and now as a touring professional. He made his European Tour debut in May 2018 at the Sicilian Open. Ashton has competed in the Open Championship on two occasions. He debuted at Carnoustie in the 147th Open where he unfortunately missed the cut. Ashton avenged that disappointment the following year by making the cut and finishing T-57th at Royal Portrush after rounds of 70, 74, 77 & 69. Still committed to a full time playing career, Ashton will be playing on the Euro Pro and Jamega Tours as he attempts to break through on to the European Tour.In between Tournament play Ashton will be available to share the experience he has gained by playing at the highest level. He can help you prepare for peak performance, analyse your routines and technique to help lower your scores. Fine tuning your short shots around the green is a passion of his and he is delighted to be on hand to help you lower your scores.
